Earlier this month, my boyfriend and I found ourselves walking around the Kreuzberg district in Berlin…
One of the sites I was set on visiting was Daniel Libeskind’s Jewish Museum. The museum was built in 1999 and opened in 2001. It’s a masterful attempt at redefining the museum visit, as the aim is to make visitors feel uneasy. I first read about the site on the Cereal website and became intrigued. I now regret that we didn’t end up going inside, but luckily we did walk around the building to admire the architecture.
